Using Rotalyst
By creating an account, you agree to these terms. Rotalyst is currently in beta: features may change, and the service is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted availability while we're still building it out.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your account secure and for the accuracy of the data you upload. Don't use Rotalyst for anything unlawful, and don't attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform or its AI features.
Your data
You own the data you upload. We process it only to provide the product back to you — see the Privacy Policy for how that works.
Payment
Rotalyst is free while in beta. If paid plans launch, billing will run through Stripe and any pricing changes will be communicated in advance.
Limitation of liability
Rotalyst is provided without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Rotalyst isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the product, including decisions made based on its reports or recommendations.
Ending your account
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
